Do I still need to make payments to my Chargecard Account and how?
Yes, statements will continue to be sent and payments on balance will be required, terms and conditions will be as normal. You can make payment over the phone by calling 0114 276 8811 (Monday to Friday 9am-3pm), cheque via post, bank transfer, and online by using your bank's internet banking service.
Can I still buy items from the store?
Yes, you can buy a selection of items online via our website, including appliances and cookware. These can either be delivered to your home or alternatively you can choose to 'click & collect' from the store. If you would like information about our other product ranges and how to buy then please call store on 0114 276 8811 (Monday to Saturday 9am-3.30pm) and we'll be happy to help you.
Will you be offering click & collect or home delivery?
Yes, we have a selection of products available via our website for you to purchase and we're continuing to expand this range. If you're interested in purchasing other items from the store please call 0114 276 8811 (Monday-Saturday 9am-3.30pm) and we'll be happy to help.
How do I collect an item I've purchased from store?
If you've ordered an item via the website for collection then please wait for a phone call from us to give you a suitable date/time for collection. Collection will be from Bay 4 of our in-store warehouse (accessed via Furnival Gate).
Please ensure you wait to receive the phone call regarding your collection before attempting to collect from store, we'd hate for you to have a wasted journey and we want to keep you safe and socially distanced by allocating slots for customers.
Are the restaurant and cafe's open?
In line with Government guidance they are currently closed. We fully intend for them to re-open when we're given the green light and it is safe to do so.
Will my finance agreement payments now start?
Finance agreement payments will continue as normal.
Can I buy online?
Yes, we're pleased to say we're increasing our range of products available for purchase online with our 'click and buy' service. We currently have a range of appliances and cookware available for you to purchase and we're expanding these ranges.
What departments do you have?
We really do have everything for you and your home, and for them. From modern furniture & beds to new season menswear and womenswear, home furnishings to gifts and cards, appliances to electricals and cookshop gadgets.
What is a Chargecard?
You can think of the Atkinsons Chargecard like a regular storecard, but better! You can use it to make purchases in store, and then pay later, with a 2.5% settlement discount available if you pay your balance in full within 30 days. That means even more savings for you each and every time you spend in store, and settle your balance at the end of each month. Applications are subject to status and our friendly customer accounts team will be happy to advise.
