Delivery (Online Orders Only)

Orders placed via our website will be shipped directly from our trusted third party supplier or via our courier. Orders of larger items, such as Appliances and Furniture will be delivered locally (within 25 miles of store) by Atkinsons or a dedicated third party delivery service in most cases.

Free local delivery is available on orders over £100.

All other orders carry a minimum £5 carriage charge. Furniture deliveries, two person, packaging taken away, to room of choice, are charged at £35.

Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 working days where stock is available.

Returns

We hope you love your purchase, but if you are unhappy for any reason, please email enquiries@atkinsonsofsheffield.co.uk

Personalised products cannot be return for a refund unless the item is found to have a manufacturing fault.

You have up to 14 days from receipt of your order to notify us of an intention to return an item (non-personalised item)
