Introducing the Atkinsons Loyalty Plus Card...

We’re delighted to announce the arrival of the Atkinsons Loyalty Plus Card making every visit to Atkinsons more rewarding. You can get your card by asking a member of the team at a till point in store. 

As well as exclusive promotions, you’ll also collect points for every £ you spend in store, those points can then be redeemed for other purchases at Atkinsons.

Atkinsons Loyalty Plus Card Terms

  • The Atkinsons loyalty scheme is operated by, and is the property of Atkinson group LTD. Customers are invited to become cardholders by registering their details with the Company.
  • Your Loyalty Card is personal to you. We do not issue additional cards for your account but your family and friends can of course apply for their own Loyalty Card.
  • Loyalty Points can be collected and spent on purchases made in store. The number of points collected per £1 spent may vary. Check in-store or online for more information
  • Atkinson loyalty cardholders will be invited to exclusive in-store events, gain loyalty Points, savings, benefits, and be among the first to hear about what’s new.
  • The accumulated Loyalty points are recorded on the card itself, so the cardholder must present the Loyalty Card when making a purchase. Cardholders may request a balance of how many points they have accumulated from any till in store.
  • The high environmental and financial costs of stationary and postage means communication will normally be electronic, through e-mail, Facebook, Instagram and of course our team members.
  • Atkinsons reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of the Loyalty Card and add or exclude certain products, services, or terminate it without prior notice.
  • Safe keeping of the Loyalty card and the points held on it are the responsibility of the Cardholder. Only the Cardholder may obtain Loyalty points from transactions made in-store.
  • Should there be any reason for suspecting abuse of the Loyalty card terms and conditions. Atkinsons retains the right to de-activate any Loyalty card without notice. Any remaining points would then be lost and void.
  • The Loyalty card does not accumulate points on the purchase of gift vouchers, stamps, certain concessions or in the restaurant. Points are not exchangeable for cash.
  • In the event of no activity on your Loyalty card account for a 24 month period, Atkinsons reserve the right to close the account and all accumulated points will be lost.
  • Returning purchases – You will need to present your Loyalty card if goods are returned on which you obtained Loyalty points. Any points previously obtained from the goods being returned will be deducted from your points balance.
  • Should you have already redeemed the Loyalty points obtained from the goods being returned then you will be required to pay the outstanding amount back to the company before any relevant refund is issued.
  • By providing us with your email address and telephone number, you give consent for Atkinsons to contact you via your email address or telephone number.
  • DATA PROTECTION. Any data we collect for the Loyalty Card scheme will be used solely by Atkinson group LTD. In accordance with data protection legislation, we will not share any of your data with third parties. We will analyse your purchase history to provide you with relevant and personalised offers, promotions and advice relating specifically to Atkinsons group LTD.
