I love this store
Merry Christmas to all the staff 🎄🎄🎄
Great place to shop, old school department store, but the prices are really good. The Caffè is also well worth a visit.
This store is amazing and an independent one too. It's like a House of Frazer and a John Lewis but less expensive. Has lots of labels, lots of choices and great quality products. Love the cafe, it's been Family run for years and serves the best Italian pastries. Great choices of wholesome food and good quality drinks. Every time we visit Sheffield we go out of our way to visit as its the best store and cafe for miles.
I would like to give 5 stars to the curtain department from my first visit to choose the material to having them hung today A first class service Thank you
Lovely cakes and would recommend them and very nice friendly staff very good services in the down stairs cafe in Akinison Moor Sheffield
I have given the 4 stars as I love Atkinsons and try to support it whenever I can. However I wanted to buy a fibre optic Christmas tree and as I don’t have transport I enquired about delivery. I was shocked on being told it would cost £25. This amounts to a quarter of the tree price. I then looked at Atkinsons website and found that if I order online the delivery is £5. This is absolutely ridiculous. This is not encouraging shoppers in store which is surely what you would prefer, and apart from that the website isn’t very good and doesn’t have everything on it anyway. I was also going to buy a small electric stove but didn’t even bother enquiring about postage for that. Come on Atkinsons look after the people who bother to come into your shop or you will lose it.
Met a lovely staff member called David.

Went in with a group of friends (we are 20), trying to find a sofa for our new house. The staff were judge and unfriendly, even had one lady shout at us from across the shop floor. We were consistently told off for walking around and sitting on sofas so we could agree on one.

Finally David came along, we assumed it was more of the same thing about to happen, but he was extremely friendly, we had a lovely conversation and asked about what we needed and what we liked a sofa, trying to understand what younger people like and how he can expand into that audience

In conclusion very disappointed with most the staff, however David was lovely.
